  I’ve had numerous pets with different issues and I always walk out feeling like they have not bothered to really get to know the dog or cat to find out what could be causing the issue. They will always encourage testing or recommend doing ridiculous treatments that would not be recommended for older animals.

  Where are all the honest, genuine and caring vets gone!?! Ultimate Vet is not one of them, they only care about getting the most money out of every appointment. Don’t be fooled by their overly friendly approach to you and your pet, it means nothing at the end of the day.

  We felt like we were being ripped off. They said our pet needs an xray, never showed the xray to us despite us asking multiple times. I know how to read an xray and wanted to see how bad the fracture was. They tell us a price for a medication which needs to be ordered and somehow increases by the time we pick it up. I stopped the treatment of our pet at Ultimate Vet Clinic and took her somewhere else, turned out cheaper and kept us well informed during the treatment.

  It's ok but very expensive. This vet has become all about making money, we use another vet now who is a little more genuine.

  After coming here since the place opened I can honestly say they are only interested in lining their own pockets and will not go back there again. Vet nurses change all the time, you ring and get a price on booking an appointment and then when paying the bill the quoted price has doubled for some reason?. I have been charged for several consultations when they have been unable to check my dogs health because they don’t like to stress her out! But I am still paying for a full health check!!??
